• 12 Months: MMR (Mumps, Measles, Rubella), VARIVAX (Chickenpox Vaccine), Hepatitis A Vaccine
• 15 Months: PENTACEL (DTaP, Hemophilus B, Inactivated Polio), PREVNAR-20 (Pneumococcal Vaccine)
• 18 Months: Hepatitis A Vaccine
• 4-5 Years: DTaP (Diptheria, Pertussis, Tetanus), IPV (Inactivated Polio), MMR (Mumps, Measles, Rubella), VARIVAX (Chickenpox Vaccine)
• 9 Years and older (boys & girls): GARDASIL (Human Papilloma Virus Vaccine) 2 dose series
• 11 Years: TdaP (Adult Tetanus & Pertussis Vaccine), MENQUADFI (Meningococcal Vaccine)
• 6 Months and older: Flu Shot (Inactivated Flu Virus Vaccine) annually
• 2 Years and Older: FLUMIST (Live Flu Virus Nasal Spray Vaccine) annually
